More About Me

With a deep sense of community and a genuine passion for building relationships and helping others, Allison Knoll will bring a personal touch and professional edge to every real estate experience.

Allison grew up in Walla Walla, WA, and made Coeur d’Alene her home in 2007 after marrying her husband, Nick, a longtime member of local law enforcement with 23 years of service in the community. For 15 years, she taught in Rathdrum, where she developed the patience, organization, and creativity that now serve her clients so well in real estate. Whether she’s guiding first-time buyers or helping families make their next big move, Allison brings the heart of an educator and the hustle of a seasoned professional.

She loves the lifestyle that North Idaho offers—especially summer days spent glamping, floating the river, or fishing (as long as her sons bait the hook!). Most of her free time is spent at the hockey rink, cheering on her boys and connecting with the community. Her leadership experience as a high school student council advisor sparked a passion for fundraising, which she now channels as the head of the CDA Hockey Association’s fundraising committee.

Allison believes that real estate is all about relationships—and building lasting ones is where she shines. Backed by the trusted team at Coeur d’Alene Realty/Windermere, she’s proud to offer her clients expert guidance, honest communication, and an unwavering commitment to their goals.

Whether you're buying, selling, or just curious about the local market, Allison would be honored to be your go-to resource and advocate.
